We are thrilled to announce that THE NUMBERZ.FM, your number one source for the full Black music experience, and a platform for Black voices, has hit a remarkable milestone - we are celebrating 5 years of broadcasting excellence! It has been an incredible journey, one that we couldn't have achieved without the unwavering support and enthusiasm from our listeners and community. As we reflect on the past five years, we are incredibly proud of our station's accomplishments. We have consistently provided a platform for Black artists of many different disciplines, promoting their talents and sharing their powerful stories with the world. We have celebrated vibrant Black culture, and highlighted the issues affecting our community. But we couldn't have done all this without YOU!
But what we’re most excited about is the developments that have occurred over the last few weeks. We’re in the process of converting what used to be a retail space, into what we hope will become our new production studio in the Lloyd Center. The Numberz @ Lloyd Center will serve as a gathering space for community to engage in workshops, participate in specially curated events like our PDX Black Podcast Festivals and access resources like our youth content creation camp Sightz and Soundz. But we can't do this alone, we need your help. We kindly ask for your generous donations to support our fundraising efforts. By contributing, you will play a crucial part in helping us reach our goals and sustain the vital work we do.
